Phase II of Intermediate Annual Exams 2025 Nears Completion with Discipline and Transparency – Chairman BIEK
Karachi – June 30, 2025:
On the 19th day of the Intermediate Annual Examinations 2025 (Phase Two), the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) successfully conducted key examinations for the Arts Regular Group, including Fine Arts Paper II, Logic Paper II, Health & Physical Education Paper II, Computer Science Paper II, and Library Science Paper II. Additionally, during the evening shift, students from the Commerce Regular and Private Groups appeared for Islamic Education (Repeaters) and Civics/Ethics examinations.
Speaking on the occasion, BIEK Chairman Mr. Ghulam Hussain Soho expressed strong satisfaction over the overall conduct of the second phase of the examinations. “We are now entering the final leg of the second phase, and I am pleased to share that the examinations have remained transparent, peaceful, and highly organized,” he stated.
Mr. Soho praised the collaborative efforts of the Control Room Committee, Super Vigilance Teams, and Examination Controller Ms. Zareena Rashid, as well as the entire examination staff, for their professionalism and unwavering commitment to upholding academic integrity. “Their timely coordination, vigilance, and strict adherence to protocols have ensured a smooth examination environment across all centers,” he added.
Observation & Prediction:
Analyzing the progress of the exams so far, it is evident that BIEK’s structured approach, improved monitoring mechanisms, and real-time issue resolution practices have significantly reduced incidents of malpractice and mismanagement. With the final few exam days ahead, the Board is confident that the process will conclude without disruptions, further strengthening its reputation for conducting fair and credible assessments.
Looking Ahead:
As the Intermediate Annual Exams 2025 draw to a close, BIEK has already begun reviewing insights and feedback for future reforms. Based on the stability observed during this session, it is expected that upcoming exam cycles may see greater implementation of digital tools, stricter identity verification protocols, and enhanced student facilitation systems.
